Business Valuations Online Workshop

The ‘how to’ of SME valuations

How to complete a valuation
From fundamentals to specific scenarios

Valuation work is in high demand right now.

The 3-part Business Valuation Online Workshop is a practical work through from the fundamentals of SME valuations, then branching out to the different common valuation scenarios and approach (and the nuances along the way that only an experienced valuer can tell you).

It’s ideal for those who undertake occasional valuation work or are looking to add valuation to their firm’s suite of services.

Throughout the series you will build on and reinforce your valuation knowledge by working through practical valuation scenarios. We will use a case study approach, providing you with typical client examples.

But it's not just about your knowledge, it's about the process. The workshop provides you with a valuation process supported by a current work program, checklists, client interview form, pro forma report and engagement letter.

What we cover

Over a 3-part series, we start with the valuation basics and how to undertake a valuation engagement, meeting professional standards, the specific requirements of the valuation, and most of all, your client needs.

From there we branch into valuation scenarios using the commonly occurring valuation causes and demonstrate why all valuations are not the same and how to deal with specific valuation scenarios.

Tax based valuations, family law and transaction valuations – we cover each of these.
